The Insulation Company helps homeowners arrange loft-insulation assessments, quotations and installation services across the UK. Depending on the service and location, the work may be completed by The Insulation Company or an approved installation partner. Whoever carries it out, the process is the same and you always see a written recommendation and quotation before anything is agreed.

We review the property age, roof type, loft access and any existing insulation, moisture or ventilation concerns.

Survey or assessment
Where required, a survey or assessment is arranged so measurements and conditions can be checked in person.

Written recommendation & quotation
You receive a clear written recommendation and quotation setting out the scope, materials, price and any guarantee.

Installation
Work is completed by The Insulation Company or an approved installation partner, with access protected throughout.

Completion checks & guarantee
Final checks are carried out, the loft is left clean, and relevant documentation and any guarantee are supplied.
What each stage means for you
1. You submit an enquiry
You get in touch by phone, email or one of our forms and tell us a little about your property and what you have noticed in the loft. Nothing is committed at this point.
2. Your property and loft requirements are reviewed
We look at the property age, roof type, loft access and any existing insulation, moisture or ventilation concerns you have mentioned, so we understand what the job is likely to involve.
3. A survey or assessment is arranged where required
Where an in-person survey is needed, we arrange one so measurements and conditions can be checked properly. Some straightforward cases can be scoped without a full survey; we are honest about which applies.
4. A written recommendation and quotation are provided
You receive a clear written recommendation and quotation setting out the scope, materials, price and any guarantee — so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.
5. The installer, scope, payment and guarantee are confirmed
Before work begins, we confirm who will carry out the work, exactly what is included, the payment arrangements and the terms of any guarantee.
6. The work is completed, checked and documented
Access is protected throughout. On completion, final checks are carried out, the loft is left clean, and relevant documentation and any guarantee are supplied.
Who carries out the work
We are honest about our model. The Insulation Company operates as a national insulation business working with experienced insulation professionals. Depending on the service and where you are, work may be completed directly by us or by an approved installation partner who meets our standards. We do not claim to employ a permanently based team in every town — what we do promise is a consistent process, clear pricing and a written guarantee where the installation is eligible.
